From Award to PO in One Step
Once you select an awardee, PRIME generates the purchase order pre-populated with the awarded scope, unit rates, and total value. No re-keying. The PO issues directly to the vendor with your company header and contract terms attached.
Budget vs. Committed Tracking
Every issued PO rolls up to the cost module as a committed cost. Your budget vs. actual vs. committed dashboard updates immediately — so you always know how much of the approved budget is already spoken for.
