This machine learning model uses only few data to demonstrate it's possible to make predictions with only that. The data (m2 and prices) is made up, so don't worry about predicted results just spot their consistency.
User must:
1) enter house 'Area' (choose a number between 50 and 170),
2) in ‘years’ enter years of construction of the house (choose a number between 2 and 25),
3) click on 'Predict' (price expressed in USD)
